S-Town and Ysrael

S-Town:

1. Brian Reed is an American author who writes television shows, video games, and comic books.

2. John B. McLemore is the main character in this production. He contacted Reed about the Shit-town that he lives in which we soon find out is Alabama. He calls Reed asking for help.

3. Brian is in this podcast becuase he received the initial email about Shit-town and the plot of the podcast was him meeting up with the person ( John ) that emailed in.

4. The podcast begins discussing about a clock and time and states " a clock that's been telling time for 200 or 300 years, fixing it can be a real puzzle." And I believe that this relates to the murder that the podcast is investigating about.

Ysrael by Junot Diaz:

1. Ysrael is another boy that lived at the campo. He had his face bit off by a baby pig and he was known for this. The boys always made fun of him because he looked different from them.

2. They are in the campo because there mom shipped them off there every summer. This is becuase her and her husband worked very hard for many hours and they couldn't keep the children occupied and watch after them when school was out.

3. The brothers have a typical relationship. The older brother always pushing around the younger brother telling him that he cant do big boy things. However when they are alone in the the house the older brother treats him nicely and teaches him a bunch of things. The younger brother also really looks up to the other brother even-though he does some messed up things.
