This, Too, Is Research

1. Research for Detail:

In this section she talks about how details are very important. She opens the section by describing a poem that she wrote and how she described different leaves and flowers on a tree. She continues to explain about the type of questions that she asks her students when they turn in pieces. Such as: " What kind? Can you be more specific here?" She ends this section by including two other pieces that people wrote and exclaims where to add the details in them.

1. Research for Writing:

When she says research for writing she saying ot take in everything around you and use it for your writing. Look at your surroundings, start carrying a notebook, write down quotes, look inside of places and things. This is all considered researching to find out what you want to write about. She explains that alot of different things are considered research. The questions that she asks are for people to recognize what research is, what is considered research, and how to find research. She explains the answers to all of these in this paragraph. She says that there is multiple stories surrounding different pieces of research and ends with an example.

2. I used research for inspiration becuase this is somethign that I am passionate about and want to write about. the first sentence of this subsection says " researching the familiar is often inspiring. " Which is true! My topic of a healthy lifestyle is very important and current. One of the genres that I am using for this is making a facebook page. I had to research how to do this and I am passionate about it. I then had to type in the page, add people, and promote the event.
