On Heyoon:
1. Heyoon is a place that young boys go to play around and have fun. It seems like it is some sort of tent in the middle of the forest. Alex has a strong relationship to Heyoon. He used Heyoon as an outlet and went there when he needed a place to escape. It is sacred becuase not alot of people know about it and it takes a little while to get there. It is basically an unknown property and Alex believes that it was a secret club only for the kids that knew about it.
2. Time is important in this episode becuase normally kids struggle during their teenage years and having a place to go like, Heyoon is good for their self esteem. The place is very important during this episode because it explains this secret hide out and really portrays the scenery for the readers.
3. In your reseearchpaper you are only suppose to bring in some personal sentences where as in a personal narrative it is all based on you. Also, in a personal narrative you are allowed to make up some things or add fluff to the story where as the research paper is only factual based.
On Mother Tongue:
1. I feel like use broken up simple English when I am texting or trying to talk about somethign quickly. However when I am around adults or older peer I feel liek I use more sophisticated English . I feel liek I use a mix of both in my writing , depending on the point that I am trying to get across to my readers.
2. Amy tan describes the different Englishes based on her mother. For example she describes : simple, broken, watered down, complicated, and easy to read as different Englishes. She speaks in these different Englishses depending on if shes speaking to her mother, husband , or performing a lengthy speech or writing one of her pieces.
